Inner Circle Legends

SERVICE AGREEMENT INNER CIRCLE LEGENDS

This Service Agreement is entered into between Prominence Global Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “PG”) and (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)

(PG) will provide Client access to the Inner Circle Legends Program

The investment for the program is:
– One-time Onboarding Fee AUD $2,200
– Monthly payments AUD $2,750 (Discounted Case Study Rate)

The Inner Circle Legends Program consists of (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly strategy sessions with your account manager
  • Daily management of your LinkedIn Profile
  • Tasks outlined in the below section “Our Tasks”
  • Automation Worx Setup and Management
  • Monthly content pack as per below section “Content Pack”
  • Monthly Activity Reports
  • Monthly Content performance reports
  • Additional services as they become available should we deem them to be of value to you

For the purposes of receiving the following Inner Circle Corporate Program, Client agrees to the following:

  • Set up a free Trello account for the purpose of communication and document sharing
  • Set up a free Zoom account for the purpose of participating in strategy sessions
  • Maintain a Sales Navigator “Advanced” subscription on your LinkedIn account
  • Remain in the program for a minimum term of 3-months after the onboarding term, reverting to month-to-month thereafter
  • Provide 30-days written notice to terminate the service any time after the minimum 3-month term
  • Allow PG to debit the monthly payments via Stripe from your nominated credit card
  • All fees are non-refundable once the program commences

In the case of disputes that may arise. Any mediation will be handled in PG city of residence Brisbane, Australia

I authorise payment today of the $2,200 Onboard Fee and monthly payments of AUD $2,750, commencing 30 days from today's date, from the following credit card.

Onboarding Tasks

  • Profile Optimisation of your LinkedIn profile
  • Message Script Creation
  • Sales Navigator Set Up
  • Smart Link Creation

GHL Scope included:

  • GHL sub‑account setup
  • Domain/auth + email/SMS sending setup
  • Scorecard funnel (templated) + forms, tags, pipelines
  • Calendar/booking, confirmations, notifications
  • Core automations for lead capture and follow‑up
  • QA and go‑live handover

Should you choose to migrate your existing CRM into your new GHL account a one time migration fee of $550 is payable

Our Tasks

As part of the Inner Circle Legends program PG will take care of most of the time-consuming engagement and connection building tasks on your behalf. Each month, we aim to do the following for you.

Ongoing Monthly Tasks

  • Messages as per the strategy chosen up to 1200 messages per month
  • Send daily connection requests to your ideal connections via Sales Navigator
  • Remove any unaccepted connection requests
  • Send a warm and personalised “thanks for connecting message” to new connections
  • Send Follow Up “thanks for connecting message”
  • Comment on posts from your chosen list (up to 100 per month)
  • Schedule content to your profile every Monday - Wednesday - Friday
  • Implement algorithm activation strategies for your content
  • Manage all incoming correspondence via direct messages Monday to Friday (at times, it will be necessary to divert these to your team to continue conversations)
  • Send a warm "Happy Birthday" to connections on their birthday
  • Maintain your Automation Worx account based on the strategy decided

Your Teams Tasks:

This program is designed to be 95% Done For You; However, to ensure the most optimal outcome, there are some tasks we need your team to commit to:

  • Review and approve or request edits to each month's content pack within 3 days of receiving it. (You will have an assigned delivery date to receive these by each month)
  • Record your videos within 7 days of receiving the final scripts
  • Check and respond to messages our team forwards to you from your LinkedIn connections in a timely manner
  • Record a short 20-minute evergreen webinar from the slide deck we will provide
  • You have access to your account manager at all times and can book meetings with them as required; we suggest 1 meeting per month as a minimum
